Hospital Compare was created by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in collaboration with organizations representing consumers, hospitals, doctors, employers, accrediting organizations and other federal agencies.

This government website contains publicly reported information about the quality of care at more than 4,000 Medicare-certified hospitals across the country, including Tanner Health System hospitals.
