Organizational Structure

With more than 3,500 employees, five hospitals, one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in metro Atlanta and a medical staff of more than 350 providers representing 35 specialties, Tanner is a massive organization.

Over time, we have evaluated, expanded and reorganized our corporate structure to be more responsive to the needs of the communities we serve, to adapt to competitive forces in our market and to facilitate assistance from those who support our mission.

Our organizational structure document details the relationship between our hospitals, our medical group, our operations in Alabama and our foundation.

We have grown, we have planned, we have adapted — and we’re still here to serve as your healthcare provider of choice.
