Official rules

Health System to 30 individuals. Each tablet has a value of approximately $50.

Eligibility: Individuals who sign-up for Tanner MyChart online are eligible. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. Each individual may only be entered into the drawing one time and must be over the age of 18. Each individual may only win one tablet for the duration of this giveaway. Employees of Tanner Health System (including Tanner Medical Center Inc.., Tanner Medical Center Alabama Inc. and Tanner Medical Foundation Inc.) and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Entry Methods: Entry is automatic when an individual signs-up for Tanner MyChart. As an alternate method of entry if you do not plan to sign up for Tanner MyChart, you may fill out this form for an equal chance of winning.

Tablet Giveaway

Deadlines and Winner Selection: Entries will be collected through Thursday, January 30, 2020. Five winners will be randomly drawn from all entries (received to date) on the last Friday of each month, beginning in August 2019, and ending on January 31, 2020. The odds of winning depend on the frequency and number of Tanner MyChart sign-ups. The winners will be notified by email within one week of each drawing.
