Going Concern Statement

O.C.G.A. § 31-7-22(b)(2)(H) Response Regarding Going Concern

Tanner Health has four non-profit hospital systems that are required to post a statement on the going concern of the facilities. Tanner Health facilities include Tanner Medical Center, Inc., Tanner Medical Center Villa Rica, Inc., and Higgins General Hospital, Inc. Tanner Health leadership nor auditors have any substantial doubt as the ability of the four facilities mentioned above to continue as a going concern; therefore, no statement  has been made in the official audited financial statements.
