Sponsorship Requests

Tanner’s philanthropy mission

At Tanner Health, we are invested in the communities we serve. That’s why we sponsor organizations, events and causes that support the health and wellness of the people of west Georgia and east Alabama.

Through sponsorship, Tanner supports local companies, civic groups and organizations that host educational health and wellness events, activities, farmers’ markets and more.

Sponsorship application process

Organizations seeking sponsorship funds should fill out and submit the form below.

We require at least six weeks’ notice to consider and properly evaluate each sponsorship request. All requests will be reviewed and approved or denied according to the philanthropy mission defined above. Due to numerous requests and limited sponsorship funds, we cannot accommodate every request.

Please fill out the Tanner Sponsorship Request Form to apply for a sponsorship. Thank you for your interest in partnering with Tanner!
