Higgins General Hospital in Bremen has once again been recognized for providing exceptional patient experience by Press Ganey, one of the nation’s leading experts on patient experience in health care.
For the fifth consecutive year, Higgins General Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital, has earned the Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award, an award which recognizes top-performing healthcare organizations that have scored in the top 95th percentile for providing an outstanding patient experience.
Higgins General Hospital has also earned the 2018 Pinnacle of Excellence Award for maintaining consistently high levels of excellence in patient experience for three consecutive years. This award recognizes the top three performers in the patient experience category based on the three previous years of patient experience data.

These awards were presented after a rigorous performance review of the hospital, based on a range of patient experience data and performance indicators including patient satisfaction scores from the most recent patient surveys.
