Hector Caceres, MD, FACOG, Joins Tanner Healthcare for Women

Access to leading-edge care for women in west Georgia and east Alabama continues to grow with the addition of Hector Caceres, MD, FACOG, to Tanner Women’s Care and the patient care team at Tanner Healthcare for Women in Villa Rica.
Dr. Caceres is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala, Guatemala, and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa., as well as a surgical internship at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh. He previously practiced in Talladega, Ala.
Dr. Caceres’ interests include high-risk obstetrics, family planning and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic-assisted surgery. At Tanner, Dr. Caceres will serve patients in the clinic, as well as through the surgical services center and maternity center at Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica.
With Tanner Women’s Care, Dr. Caceres is part of a multidisciplinary approach to women’s health and wellness, featuring gynecology, obstetrics, surgical services, urology care and more. At Tanner Healthcare for Women, Dr. Caceres joins the patient care team of Kaysi Benefield, DO, and Tiffany Stanfill Thomas, MD, FACOG.
