David P. Williams, MD, Joins Tanner Neurology

David P. Williams, MD, board-certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology has joined the patient care team at Tanner Neurology, part of Tanner Medical Group.
Dr. Williams provides specialized treatment to patients with disorders affecting the neurological system including diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, epilepsy and other brain-related and nervous system conditions.
Dr. Williams earned his medical degree at Emory University in Atlanta, where he graduated cum laude and authored several pieces for the 2008 edition of Ferri’s Clinical Advisor. After medical school, Dr. Williams was an intern at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. Dr. Williams completed his residency at Emory University, where he also completed a fellowship in clinical electrophysiology with a concentration in neuromuscular disease. Dr. Williams is an active member in several American neurological societies and recently practiced at the Peachtree Neurological Clinic.
Dr. Williams joins the patient care team at Tanner Neurology, providing a number of specialized neurology treatments. As a part of Tanner Medical Group, the practice has access to resources to treat a wide range of neurological conditions and disorders.
