Two local Tanner Medical Group medical practices are combining operations, providing area residents with a single destination for comprehensive primary care services.
Amy Eubanks, MD, a board-certified internal medicine provider with Tanner Internal Medicine of Bremen, and nurse practitioner Lori Pope, NP-C, will join the patient care team of William Parrish, MD, and Chasity Brock, NP-C, at Primary Care of Bremen on Sept. 1.
“Both Dr. Eubanks and I live in the Bremen community — the community we have served for our entire careers,” said Dr. Parrish, who is board-certified in family practice and serves on the Haralson County Board of Health, as well as the Hospital Authority of the City of Bremen & County of Haralson. “We’re proud to support the community in a number of ways, such as providing athletic physicals to area schools, providing care to our underserved neighbors through the RAPHA Clinic and actively serving through our local churches. We are proud of our service through various community-based organizations, and I’m proud that we’re able to join our practices to better serve our patients.”
Dr. Eubanks said she, too, is looking forward to continuing to serve Bremen and greater Haralson County through the combined practice.
“As chair of the Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Committee for Tanner’s Get Healthy, Live Well coalition and having served as a provider in the community for several years, I’ve seen first-hand the toll that unchecked chronic disease can have on residents’ health,” said Dr. Eubanks. “I’m looking forward to partnering with Dr. Parrish and working alongside our team of advanced practice providers to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community.”
