Active Shooter Drill Planned for Feb. 17

Carroll County Schools, Carrollton Public Safety, Carroll County Public Safety, Georgia Emergency Management Agency and Tanner Health System will conduct an active shooter exercise drill on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, from 8 a.m. to noon at Central High School in Carrollton.
Exercise drills are important tools to help reinforce disaster preparedness and give faculty the skills they need to respond in a real-world scenario. This is only an exercise drill and no one will be in harm’s way as a result.
