Emily is always ready to listen and goes over my bloodwork numbers and explains them to me, i.e., what is good, what is above or below the normal range, and I take home my copy of the paperwork. Dr. Rooks is awesome. She is definitely the best physician I have encountered in the Tanner system by far. The care she provides is just as good if not better than what you would receive from a big city health system associated with a med school like Emory or UAB. Dr Rooks is an excellent provider. The problem with this practice is they are overworked and over whelmed. I had questions regarding my cpap and issues. She had to stay longer then was allotted with me and by the time she finished I had put her way behind. I apologized but it cannot be helped. She was anxious or did not even act like she was in a hurry.
