Tanner Healthcare for Children

Great pediatric care focuses on the health of the whole child, with screenings, services and information to help them grow into healthy, thriving adults.

Our pediatricians partner with you to advance your child’s health, with services from newborn to 18 years of age. We’re dedicated to your child’s health, specializing in children’s health care.

Specializing in your child's health

Children have unique healthcare needs, from regular screenings and check-ups to asthma management and more.

They need more than just their regular booster shots — and they experience more than the occasional cold. Children also need access to obesity counseling and management, behavior disorder management, and trusted pediatricians who know how to treat a wide range of problems that impact their lives.

With doctors and advanced practice providers specializing in pediatric and adolescent medicine in three locations across west Georgia, Tanner Healthcare for Children gives you specialized pediatric and adolescent care, close to home.

An integrated approach to care

At Tanner Healthcare for Children, your child receives the support of a regional health system.

We offer inpatient care in our specialized pediatrics unit at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton, coordinate routine procedures through our surgical care centers in Carrollton and Villa Rica, round on newborns at our maternity centers, schedule imaging services at four regional hospitals and provide weekend and after-hours care through our three regional Tanner Urgent Care practices.

With Tanner Healthcare for Children, your child receives the seamless care they need — with the convenience you want.
