Ear Reshaping

Do you feel self-conscious about your ears sticking out or appearing too large for your head? Do you find yourself hiding them under hats and hair? We have a surgical solution: otoplasty, also known as ear reshaping or ear contouring. It can help you achieve the look you desire.

What is ear reshaping?

Ear reshaping, also known as otoplasty or ear pinning, is a cosmetic surgery procedure that aims to enhance the appearance of the ears. It can address various concerns such as reducing the size of larger ears, correcting ear shape and fixing deformities or injuries.

Typically performed on children aged 4 to 6, otoplasty can also be done on adults. The procedure involved modifying the ear cartilage and securing it in place with stitches for permanent results.

Additionally, other ear contouring techniques can be used to reduce ear size (macrotia), fix misshapen ear cartilage and improve overall ear aessthetics.

What does ear reshaping cost?

Ear reshaping is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by insurance.

Fee quotes are given at the time of consultation and start at $5,775 (depending on what additional procedures may be required). This includes the physician charge, facility fee, anesthesia fee, pre-operative visit, post-operative visits for up to three months, dressings and garments.
