Hospice Care

Our Hospice Care program offers personalized support for individuals and their loved ones nearing life's end. Our team is dedicated to treating the whole person, helping them remain at home, alert and comfortable. Our services include:

  • Medical, emotional and spiritual support

  • Bereavement counseling and respite care for families

  • In-home hospice care in Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Haralson, Heard and Paulding counties

  • Care is available to all community members, regardless of ability to pay

  • Fully certified by Medicare, Medicaid and accredited by The Joint Commission

  • Chaplain services, in-hospital respite care, grief support and volunteer availability

Most private insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid in Georgia cover our hospice care program.
